Oh really the bricks are there?

Its the reddish brick with different other color bricks. Its the same one as the street behind us to the far left.

We have noticed some mistake so have to get those fixed!
I think so, they are in the homestead way. Couldn't read the number on it but they are red.

What kind of mistakes??

Default Nice to see activity on here

Hey Neighbours!

My family is over on lot 19... We moved in August 2014. When we were first researching the site there was very little new activity on this site. I just checked back this weekend and It's nice to see neighbours talking on here and sharing news and updates!

Looking forward to seeing some of those basement walk outs beside us start to get bought up to finish off our street and help block some wind!

Our house is the fenwick model with a different front elevation.

We will see if the new builder offers a little flexibility with the lot premiums on those. Supply and demand right? If there is no demand your supply has to be cheaper or you will hang on to your product forever.

We'd like to get a fence done sooner then later and it would be nice to split cost but if it doesn't sell soon we are just going to get the builder to grade that side of our house and do the fence ourselves in the spring so we can start to use the yard a bit better.

UGirit,

I just got word from Great Gulf that "The grass and driveway (base coat) are anticipated to be completed by end of August 2015. The top coat of the driveway will be poured 1 year from when the base coat is completed."

Tdtroy,

Those trees you put in are gorgeous!
