Anyone else in Fraser Fields? I purchased a Holitzner Willowstone.

How was your experience with the Sales Center? Were you able to negotiate interesting upgrades?

We had a good experience with the Sales Centre, but an even better one with the Design Centre. Donna was really great and we managed to do some pretty neet upgrades without breaking the bank. We're really excited to see the final product...

Which model are you considering?

We've bought a Holitzner in Carp. We've met Donna, but not gone through the "design" centre thing yet. I can't wait! (Only 9 mo to go 'til we move in )

We're from Phase I...I wish I knew about this site earlier. How has your experience been so far, what stage are you at? We purchased the Penridge model.

I'm also in Phase I - which lot are you building on? We purchased the Willowstone model. We've done all of our design changes and we move in in February. So far everything seems to be on schedule.

Our experience has been pretty good all around. Some pricing coming in higher than we'd hoped, but I think that's standard with any builder. Having bought in Phase I, we'll make back our upgrade costs just in house price increases!!

How have you found the process so far? Have you completed all your design changes?
