To my knowledge, you should be fine. Keep in-mind, you may have tax issues if it wasn't (isn't) your primary residence.

Well I live in the place so the tax problem is not an issue.
I have to look at the contract but it is a freehold townhouse. Only reason why I ask is i remember the builder asking if it was for investment or will I be living in the house. So now i'm left wondering.
