Default Grading Deposit -> Monarch

Hi, I recently only heard about the grading deposit refund ability and I was guided to this website for questions.

My house was built by Monarch, and the closing was in 2002, but I was very clear to remember that they took $500 from me for grading. I was wondering if I was able to get this refunded after this long and what should I do next?

you are able to get this money back...

you need to contact the city you live in and find out what you need to do

There may be a time limit, but i'm not sure on that (may depend on what city you live in)
