Default Driveway sinking.....

Suddenly my driveway has developed about a 4-5 inch sinkhole about the size of a basketball where it meets the grass, is this something to worry about or is this just a natural settling effect?

It is not exactly where my tire sits, the only thing I can think of is I washed both cars sunday and the excess water may have caused that.

Anyone else experiencing anything of this nature?

It's going to happen as the driveway gets compacted and settles. Typically a builder will come back and 'fill' the driveway up again and then eventually pave it.
