Yeah, I got the email too. We don't love the floorplans, so we won't be checking it out.

i got the email that they were sold out and cancelled all remaining appointments.
the builders and their marketing team pray so well on peoples emotions. what happened to the day you could walk into a sales office, look around, get a site plan and floor plans and think about it over the a week and maybe even negotiate a little??? no pressure, no fear, just informed decision.

Hi Hk1990, looks like everyone who walks in the office yesterday purchased a house no matter of price or floor plan!
do you have prices for this release? What do you mean to high?

Yea pretty much evryone I talked to there were from Toronto and were they only to buy it as investment so they didn't care how much it was they just *know* it would always be more. I was there to buy one as a first home but seems like it's very hard unless people stop buying homes like stocks.

I don't have the price list but from what I was told by someone who had 11am appointment. Low 2000sq was mid 800s

Yes... it's crazy market for sure! It was times when it was better for the first time buyers to buy a new house... not anymore... now it's better (and cheaper) to bu a resale
