While it's true that the design center is moving downtown (and with that probably the bonus stuff we got like granite/hardwood), and the downsizing of the lots... I still think demand will be there.

Being in Manotick has it's own benefit... as well as being close to a brand new school.

Finally see a hole in our mud pit where our house will be

What downsizing of the lots?! I'll be honest, I was disappointed to hear that they'd be added townhomes..I thought the entire development would be singles and that was appealing to us as it is more in line with the Manotick community...

That's exciting... hole to foundation to framing happens pretty quickly, so make sure you keep an eye on them!

Ottawa buyer - you must be one of my backyard neighbours they just started the wood flooring on our foundation its very exciting to see it go up! it'll go fast.

Don't quote me on sizes, but if memory serves, the 60' lots are now 54' (I think), and the 47' are down to 43' I'm pretty sure.

Thats unfortunate. The big lots is what makes this development different than the other communities....I am glad we bought in phase 1. I think it will be the nicest phase.

We drove by saturday.. and saw a juneberry with the wood flooring... didn't see anything else.

We are def. your rear neighbour.. ours was one of the last ones dug.

The juneberry is down from us! We are a brierwood. Its moving so quickly... But not fast enough!
