Westwood by Richcraft, Tamarack and Claridge

We have recently brought a Madison with Tamarack with closing in summer 2020.haven't been able to see the model home in person. Was wandering if anyone would like to share some pics if they have any or some pics of there residence.
Also, What are the upgrades that everyone would like to suggest That I should be looking for.

Do you mean wooden trims around doors and garage doors? yeah, sometimes they leave them without painting till spring. But, I have not heard the brick pillars incomplete before closing. Who is the builder? You may have to talk to somebody a bit higher up at the builder to get it done soon.

Hi,
We are about to sign with Claridge for single home at Westwood.
Just wondering what are their upgrade prices.
They provide R12 insulation in basement Vs R20 by other builders. Does it make any difference? Are their homes energy effecient and better built. Recently we are with richcraft townhouse and looking to upgrade to Single home.
