Barrie neighbourhoods

I'm thinking of buying a condo or townhouse. Appreciate if anyone can give insights on good neighbourhood. I am a young single professional and looking for area of similar demographics but definitely want to stay away from the college crowd. Looked at the Nautica but very expensive.
