About 6k for the second floor, that definetely sounds more reasonable! Now its something to consider!

anyone else thought about getting the 9" on the first and second floors?
It is expensive because they need to install that special machine to shrink you down to 6" (inches) before entering you home if you only have 9" (inches) high ceilings (sorry could not resist)

Does anyone know if there is an option to get taller windows if you go with the 9' high ceilings? If so, what is the cost?

It seems 9' high ceilings are starting to become a standard for a lot of builders. I wonder who will be the first to offer 10' high ceilings as an option (given they are already buying 10' long lumber, the only extra real expense is insulation and exterior wall covering to get 10' high ceilings).

Hi Joseph,

I think the taller windows are included in the price. At least that was our impression but we could be wrong.

JL9004,

Do it mention in your upgrade package whether taller windows are included in that price? Or is that considered another upgrade (if so, what is the cost)

Thanks
Joseph

It says here, that if you get the 9 foot ceilings, the taller windows are included.

jl9004's better half here...

Included in the "Grand Impressions" 9' Ceilings package (Berrywood A)...
- Taller windows were possible.
- Transom over front and back door system.
- 42" high upper cabinets in kitchen only.
- Additional riser to main stair.
- 8' high arches on main floor.

$6500 bills for main floor.
$6000 bills for second floor.

For fernhaven owners or anyone who may know, is the window kitchen seat standard or is that an extra as in the master bedroom?

Window seat comes standard in the kitchen, and as an upgrade in the master.

Hi,

Im just wondering if the rounded corners on the art niches are an extra? I cant remember if I saw rounded corners anywhere else in the model home but I dont see pricing for any of this in the design catalogue.

Thanks in advance
