Default TYVEK building wrap installed flipped up

The vinyl siding reveals OSB sheathing.

Also Tyvek building wrap seems to be flipped up not protecting the structure from moisture infiltration. What are the consequences from the Tyvek being flipped up. Can this contribute to the mold issues experienced on the other side of the vinyl siding which is the interior wall of the garage? We have had mold issues each Spring for 2 years.

Could you maybe post a picture of what you mean by 'flipped up' for clarification?
