Sad to hear that. I can understand all our excitement and planning gets offtrack under such situation. I hope everything gets worked out soon for all affected houses.

What was your closing date? What have they told you will be your new closing? Or any answer from them yet?
Mines not closing til December, I'm expecting a delay I suppose

We had a firm date for the end of July, which was bumped to December due to the fire.

I drove up there last week and there are so many houses up now! I'm shocked! Lots of crew around. Seems they are really trying to get things done. Not bricked but the walls are all up and roofs on. It won't let me upload a pic

There are at least 3 families that have moved into the subdivision. 1 Rosehaven that I am aware of.

One person that I know hs comepleted their pre-delivery inspection & move in later this month. Another couple that I know have their PDI later this month.

Our date got moved back, but they really aren't that far off the original closing date.

Our house is fully bricked with drywall.

Yeah, I don't get it either. I just drove by & they don't even look close to breaking ground on "Lot 2". Isn't that the lot on the corner of Vivian Creek & Manor Forest?

People may have bailed, but if they did, they did the builder a favor because they are going to make a lot more on those houses.
