Treasure hill is going to open townhouses at aurora.
The project is called aurora views on Wellington..

1630 sf from $540.
This is wild. Looks like Aurora builders are now pricing at RH and Markham levels. I was hoping to get a townhouse for low $400s.
When did Aurora prices skyrocket?

Aurora prices began to skyrocket in 2012 and has continued ever since.
Land is becoming very scarce in this area as one of the main reasons plus the fact that people want to be close to the city. Supply and demand.

If you're looking for more affordable housing, you'll have to start looking north of GreenLane on the east side. Forget about Vaughan; Newmarket; Aurora; Richmond Hill and Markham. No going backwards unless there is a major collapse in the Canadian economy. That may just happen when the real estate market bubble decides to burst in the near future.
