I hook up to my cell phone when I have to and it works really well.

Is your cell phone with them too?

I suggest you call them and tell them to give you free data until the problem is resolved.

That is weird, I was connected all day to my home remotely and I did not experience an outage. Looking through my logs on my firewall I see a 7 second outage today.

Are you near any construction in the later phases? Perhaps they nicked a wire as they were digging.

Ive been on and off the phone with Rogers for the last six months - Ive just about had it but we have no other options with that #$U#(% company. Ive probably had about 1/10 bills correct that we didnt have to call and complain. Oh and the CEO only made 88 mil $ last year.

Junk company!!

Just a quick note to everyone to check to make sure your furnaces are draining condensate from the exhaust. If your furnace isn't draining properly, the water will back up into the ventor motor in the furnace, which can cause the ventor motor to malfunction or the gas burner in the furnace to shut off shortly after igniting. No heat calls can be expensive.

This won't show up via the "blinking light" diagnostics on the bottom of the furnace.

I'm assuming we all have the same (or very similar) Lennox units from AR. Not too sure what CW or RH installed.
