We bought resale home.. built by Bayview Wellington..
I glanced through posts with many complaints.. and was wondering how it all turned out..
Do you know if most people in this forum had their issues resolved?
I see most of their issues were with delayed closing dates..
But how's their built quality?
and do all homes built by BW have sump pump in their basement??

Mine wasnt supposed to have a sump pump but they put one any way
My pdi had some little things that I didnt really care about but they mostly fixed em

Yes.. that's what my realtor told me.. the builder put the pump to keep the basement dry..
I also heard that it will lower your insurance premium as well.. so I guess it's better to have one than not having one..
The houses in this neighbour look beautiful.. hope everyone's enjoying their homes and neighbour..
can't wait to move..
