For upgrades...pot lights are nice, upgraded glass shower in master ensuite w/pot light, pendant lights over breakfast bar...
If u have design credit w/Tamarack these are some nice upgrades that will benefit w/re-sale in future

Congrats.

Which second floor option are you getting? I like option # 2.

Definately option #2. with the second fireplace in the basement.

I need my own ensuite and love that laundry room.

I know I'm putting hardwood in the kitchen. My cabinets will all be upgraded and I'm hoping to extend one of the cabinets an extra few inches.

Considering upgrading the shower door but I'm on the fence on that one.

Anyone know if they will make the island/breakfast bar flat???

Yes..they will make the island all one level..an upgrade cost of course..lol

Def. recommend harwood through kitchen/main flr..makes it look awesome and uniform.

Take note on the appliances for your kitchen..as I purchased the Huntington model..and was strongly recommended the counter depth fridge..as not to interfere with the island...

I would delete the toilet paper rolls/towel bars as they are ugly ceramic and are glued on...so you can never change them out without doing serious damage to the drywall..

Mirrors too are glued on

If you delete the built in medicine cabinet in bathrooms , for a minimal upgrade fee you can get an extra bank of drawers in your cabinetry

Love the upgrade of pots & pans drawers in kitchen...

Ena...
"and extending the cabinets beside the fridge" this is what i'm looking to do....did you get a quote yet??? I'm putting the hardwood in the kitchen so the extend cabinet will flow better.

Thanks Cosmogirl!!! Lets see if this attachment works.
Its funny...when I was at the design centre looking around...almost everything i picked was the same or similair to the stuff I had in my Beckwith. lol Just on a smaller level....

Suezieq4u....Totally getting pots and pan drawers.. I had them in my previous home and now I can't live without them

I will being deleting the bathroom crap they put in but i'll leave the mirrors....I think....

Sidman...yep in Findlay but I've lived there for almost 7 years already. I love the nieghbourhood.
