Energy Star - Blower Door Test

Has anyone with an energy star house received the results of their blower door test ? our builder has stated they don’t have any documentation about it, and that it must have been done if we got our energy star certificate…..Any insight would be appreciated,

Keep in mind they dont do a blower door test on every home. A sample of same model is deemed sufficient for this.

The company that did the work (the full inspection) should be able to provide a copy of the entire inspection report.

They may require approval from the builder who was the 'client' they did the work for.

On another note, has anyone received permit/floor plan drawings for their house? Our builder says we need to buy these from the city, but I thought this should be provided to the homeowner. I've also asked for copies of the equipment start up reports for furnace & a/c, so hopefully I can get those as well...
