ahh...remember to always have a sheet of paper ready to record all the extra defects that you find...and hand it in before 30 days!

Thanks and yes , we are having two sitting areas...as we love to entertain people alot and for that we try to arrange big gatherings...and for dinning we have very spacious kitchen (i.e. breakfast area besides the cooking area)which can take big dinning table more than easily with some space still left to walk around easily...

Like i said still working on it...

Vey nice house Ash!

We finally got our PDI date and from the looks of it, we will close on time. How long does it generally take for the PDI? How quickly do the fix any defects? any ideas?

yes I bought from Arista. I'm on Rizal a stones throw away from Boxgrove plaza. It should be closing Sept 30...according to my ticker
