Default framers missed the wall studs when nailing the sheathing

I went to go visit family and passed by my new house being built. The first floor framing has gone up. Looking inside the house I saw that the nails connecting the sheathing to the wall studs have been missed very frequently. Some of the studs the nails have been missed completely. Nails are just sticking out on the sheathing plywood not attached to the exterior studs and other nails are crocked and come out of the stud. Can anyone tell me if this is okay or will it cause problems to my structural framing of my house? My builder is saying that he has the best crew of carpenters working on my house and that this is nothing. Attached is a picture I circled the nails.

Thank you for your response...I didn't push to see if the sheathing was fastened but I did check outside to see if the framers re-nailed the missed wall studs and they didn't.
