Post Slope on Side of the House - Richmond Hill

I want to know if there in any Building code regarding the maximum slope allowed on the side of the House or if there is any code that stairs need to be put by builder if slope is above 3:1 for example. I am in Cit of Richmond Hill.
I have quite a bit of downward and sideways slope at the back of my house too.

The building code deals with slopes that affect the building, not the use of the lot. The municipality might have a say though since they usually accept or reject lot grading plans.
