Default Mattamy Fairwinds Phase 5B
Heard a new release is coming in July...anyone have any other insights?

Somewhat related - Mattamy bought all the lands to the east of Fairwinds, which were previously owned by Richcraft.

I believe that is where Phase 5B begins...(east of the current phase 5A developments and behind some of the new commercial stores going up)

We just signed our contract which they call Fairwinds North Phase 2B. The sales rep said there will be new release sometime next week - ~July 15. I'm thinking of starting a new thread to sync-up with other home buyers/owners in this Phase 2B.

I see the big red sign up at the Mattamy Fairwinds sales center about the new release coming on July 14th!

I like the design of this new phase. There are so many homes backing onto parks which will be nice, as well the streets are shorter so there are not so many houses squished next to and around each other.

It's localized in one area of Fairwinds and Mattamy even said they'd bringing in 15-20 ft frees (which the homeowners said they were happy to hear) but there was soil erosion, what is a builder to do, let the homes get damaged?

And the 3-4 parks and other trees in 5A are fine.
