Raven or Laketon landing question - for those moved in already

Hi all,

We are still hoping to see a picture of a Laketon or Raven landing that is different from the model home.

The model home has the built-in upgrade on the upstairs landing, which we aren't getting, and we'd really like to see what the standard looks like with the drywall linen closets.

If anyone is already moved in to their Raven (aka Laketon in the newer phases) and wouldn't mind posting a picture, it would be much appreciated.

Ravens have a laundry closet on that landing, ie. washer & dryer.

In the Laketon if you got the 'Jack and Jill' bathroom, the laundry is in what was the upstairs bathroom area (and the upstairs bath is relocated between the two secondary bedrooms). Then the landing has either built-in cabinetry/desk or two linen closets. (The standard Laketon has the laundry as you said, on the landing at the top of the stairs)

Was the J&J layout not an option for the Raven?

I think the 4 bedroom option has the linen closet on the landing. We don't have this option so our linen closet is on the upper-most floor.

Nope, not for us, Raveners. We liked the J&J bathroom better.

Ah well then. No hope of Raven photos, in that case. And the Laketons are silent... or else like us, just not moved in yet.
