Welcome!
Pictures, information and communication are all the things we want to give you to ease the transition into your new home.
Many are moving from one town to another and may not know a whole lot about where they are going to. Finding information out from builders sales offices is sometimes quite limited and doesn't tell you much about what is going on in town.
Pictures
This website originally started off with Greg taking progressive pictures of peoples houses while they were under construction. There are over 20000 pictures for 700 houses on the website that you can use as a reference for how homes are constructed.
Because of the incredible amount of time this required it's no longer an option to do it for free, but this may change in the future.
Information
As information about the new home process is gathered, it is kept on this website for everyone to view, and everyone to contribute and edit.
There is a growing list of Articles available covering a wide range of topics.
Details about your new town are available just by searching for the town name. Find your town and then a handy list of what you should know will be available, including a detailed Utilities List, showing you what utility companies you need to call before moving into your new home.
Community Events are listed. You can submit information for your own events, such as yard sales, and garage sales.
Communication
A message forum allows everyone to post public messages about what is going on in their new community both before and after they move into it. Several discussions regarding community events, fencing, and local establishments are all welcome conversation.
You can find the Message Boards listed in the menu on the left. Sign up and introduce yourself to your new neighbours. Build your community before you even move in.
New services are added to this site all the time. And we always welcome suggestions on ways to improve the site.
