I was wondering if anyone out there as experienced this problem with their builder and if they had the builder help with resolving the problem. In our ensuite bathroom we have a standup shower, we noticed that we were getting a watermark on our family room ceiling. We called someone to investigate why the shower was leaking and they informed us that the installer neglected in installing the liner to prevent this problem. We have contacted Remington Homes as well as the warranty provider and told us they would not assist us in this matter, is there not some kind of avenue we could take since it was the builder who hired the installer who made the mistake?? Thanks for any help
