Tarion, formerlly known as the Ontario New Home Warranty Program, is responsible for administering the warranty on your new home.
Your Pre-Delivery Inspection, 30 day list, and 1 year list are all submitted to Tarion and kept on record. If any repairs are not done to your satisfaction, then you must submit a Warranty Claim Request to Tarion and your builder for follow-up.
